Ratio Studies

Ratio studies are commonly used to examine relationships between prices and assessed values and are an important tool for analysis of assessment performance. It is important to use data files that contain validated sales that establish the relationship between price and the attributes that were present at the time of sale and also the relationship between market value and attributes that were present at the time of valuation. 

Your office will need to supply the data file(s). I will run the study and provide a detailed report that measures overall  performance for the jurisdiction and for any strata or subsets desired – such as various property classes or styles; geographic areas; condition or quality of construction.
