Mass appraisal is predicated on data that is consistent, complete and accurate. Whether you are migrating to a new CAMA system or running a revaluation project, every project should include a review of the completeness and quality of the data elements that are used in the valuation process, with procedures and tools to correct any elements that are missing or incorrect. All too often, lack of data quality is discovered after the fact.
